Week 1 WUB

It's been a good week for making decisions. I've planned to change a lot of things. I want this challenge to be a recommittment to all of this. Of late I have been feeling like I was merely going through the motions, it just didn't matter in the same way it did when I started. My goal this first week was simply to commit myself to not only doing this challenge but to doing things purposefully. I think I accomplished that. Though I still do not track my food with any kind of consistency I did make conscious decisions to be aware of what I eat. That for me is a step in the right direction. I did drink more water too which is good because I don't drink much of anything. My fitness plan didn't change for the week, I simply took out a gym schedule and highlighted the classes that I was willing to go to. I did notice that this week I made it a point to do two classes that had some kind of strength component. That too was good for me because I don't do any formal kind of strength training. For next week I might try and do one more.
My goals for next week:
Challenge: Complete all four of the week's challenges. That would be an improvement from this week where I skipped the tracking challenge.
Nutrition: Eat no more than 1500 kcal a day and limit carbs and salt.
Fitness: Burn off 7,000 kcal for the week.
Other: Create a plan for returning to school.
