This is my Bench "Desk" and where I do my best thinking and planning.

And here are all my ST equipment - please note there are no "pink" Barbie weights - there are a few "lite" weights for days when the shoulders are giving me grief and need some reasonable lateral raises.
And here's ME!!
I am Doing the Jamie Eason LiveFit 12 Week Program in my 12 week BLC 20.
The goal is to track it all - food(eat as clean as possible and follow South Beach Diet), exercise(ST and cardio), everything and keep a positive outlook!
Throw out all negative self talk and do the very best I can.
