New goals while Brett is away...

I have fallen off the wagon a bit but I am still trying... I have been working and trying to help Brett, Tom and Dana prepare to sail across the gulf to Florida for 7-9 days. They were to leave on Saturday but a bad storm came through. Then they were leaving yesterday but just couldn't quite get things together so they are leaving this morning. The anticipation is very tiring.

I mentioned being worried about my bad eating habits while Brett was away but they seem to already have taken effect. I gave them all my canned goods including my fruit so there isn't much left in the cupboards. Because we live in such a small camper, I usually have to go to the store every day or every other day. I haven't gone since last Wed or Thurs! ack!

I am making a lot of goals this week while Brett is gone:
1. Exercise every day- Strength every other day
2. Try to get to 162
3. Eat 3-5 svgs fruits/veggies
4. Drink 8-10 cups of water every day
5. Find one motivational picture to put on my page every day
6. Do something on the boat at least three days
7. Work on my book at least three days

There is a lot but I think it will be good to try and hit some of them and get me motivated to get back on track. We'll see. I think I'll post daily to see how I did every day, like a challenge. I'll put it under My Program.

    The sun is out here today on Prince Edward island. The water is very blue. I have a chocolate hangover but am going to go do a workout (run and weights) nevertheless. Have a great day, Ta, Reggie
