Body By Design

I finally got tired off my plateau and found a program I believe I can stick to for the next 12 weeks.
Im going to be following Body by Design. Lifting for 3 days. 20 minutes of Cardio on those days then 2 20 minute cardio sessions the other 4 days. The hardest part for me will be keeping to the food. I think a lot of my plateau was because i slacked off on traking my food. So i've started back with that.
So i am on Day 3 and am feeling great and have already seen a difference on the scale.
I will finish this one.
