    I like all of your goals. It's a great idea to have them broken down the way you do. I don't think I've ever seen anybody plan to progress to a 5k in .25 increments but it does sound like an awesome idea. Keep up the good work, it may not seem like much but a small goal achieved today will lead to that big goal tomorrow.
