So I've a goal to make at least 3 blog comments each week to motivate others. Mostly, I need to motivate myself having gained 8 lbs in the last month...
BUT, I'm focusing on doing the right things, right. My eating is mostly on track, I'm getting in the exercise... Ok my water is so not on track, but... I'm making better choices slowly but surely. As for the weight, it sucks. The only consolation is the tape measure is pretty much what it was before the gain, so I reckon I'm not too far off.

Ok so far as motivation I haven't done very well, right? So here goes. It's so worth it to eat and live in balance, I would do it even if the weight continued to climb. I will challenge myself to find new/other markers of progress, because surely as the sun rises, they are their, and sometimes, most times, the weight by itself does not, cannot tell the whole story. Go awesome!
