Part of our BLC was to plan breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next 5 days.

Breakfast
Monday-2 packs of plain oatmeal with stevia and one small banana Calories 293
Tuesday-2 packs of plain oatmeal with stevia and one small banana Calories 293
Wednesday-2 packs of plain oatmeal with stevia and one small banana Calories 293
Thursday-2 packs of plain oatmeal with stevia and one small banana Calories 293
Friday-2 packs of plain oatmeal with stevia and one small banana Calories 293

I find that having the same breakfast every morning saves me time, it is also a good thing that if the morning is going badly, or to get my exercise in, I can make this at work in the microwave and eat at my desk as I begin my morning duties.

Lunch
Monday-Tuna salas (1cup) & 2 cups dices iceberg lettce with 5 saltine crackers Calories 464

Tuesday-homemade vegetable beef soup (leftover from Monday's dinner) 1 piece reduced calorie wheat bread, 1 serving oscar meyer deli ham Calories-310

Wednesday-2 slices reduced calorie wheat bread, 1 serving oscar meyer deli ham, lettuce leaf, 1 cup celery sticks, 1 cup carrot sticks, one 6oz light blueberry yogurt Calories 306

Thursday-1 cup tomato soup with 5 saltine crackers, light cherry yougurt Callories 334

Friday-(lunch out with a friend) subway turkey and ham sandwich with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, green pepper rings, black olives, spinach, jalapenos and spicy mustard. 1/2 serving baked barbeque chips calories 397

Dinners

Monday-homemade vegetable beef soup with a piece of homade cornbread calories 489

Tuesday-Roasted pork loin chop, 1 cup green beans, 1 sliced tomato calories 507

Wednesday- Spark unchained Sesame chicken and 1 cup brown rice Calories 501

Thursday- grilled chicken breast, bake potato with 2 tablespoons light margarine, 1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons bacon bits calories 493

Friday-homemade taco salad with Chef Meg's taco seasoning on 2cups of lettuce, one tomatoe, chopped onion, salsa and 2 corn tortillas calories549


All planned, bought for, and ready to make. That is my plan to follow this week.
