Hi , Just a few wprds of wisdom here...I have been learning again..even with all the good tools we have available to us on SP, I still have a lot of other Womans health emails that I check into every few days and I came up on this one and found it really good with it's info and great recipes. I have the link here if anyone is interested. I decided that I also would try out the slowest looser team as well.. I am still determined to be honest with my self. Be realist and set realistic goals.
1) 8-10 Glasses of Water Daily- Met
2) Cardio 10-30 minutes 4 days weekly met
3) Record My Food Daily- met
4) Record My Fitness Daily-met
5)Keep Up With My Teams Goals-On Going
6)Stop Relying On the Scale to measure My Success
