Well I was telling a friend I had found this awesome place online. A motivational sight for people who need to lose weight. But I found myself telling her how I was able to relate to alot of women on here.. And I got to thinking.. You know you watch all these infomercials and read those articles in magazines about try our product it works.. Look at my results. I lost 12 lbs in a day.. blablabla.. And then they would show you some random picture of someones butt just to then show you a picture of someone else's butt.. Except the 2nd butt is more firm and several inches smaller than the 1st butt.. And your either thinking to two things.. Dang... I need that stuff..(which they want you to think) Or yeah RIGHT!!.. So if your like me your thinking YEAH RIGHT!!.. No way and it discourages you from thinking there is any help.
But Spark people..
You see these are real people who open up their real stories and you think...
" I know exactly what she means" And you see they have lost 50 pds and they had bumps in the road but they made it. And you think if they can do it so can I. And that alone is better than some airbrushed butt of someone I don't relate too.
And then there are the woman who need to lose 10 or 15 lbs. OMG please.. Who can do a weight lose plan along side someone who only has to lose nothing.. That doesn't keep you motivated either. But the teams you join on Spark people you are set to your weight.. So I am not in a category with Paris Hilton who needs to lose nothing.. .
When you actually set and think about it.. Its common sense. Sorry I didn't think of it sooner..lol.. jk.

This is the best way to support one another.. And this is why I love Spark People..
Does anyone else agree?
Thanks for listening to be babble.
