Day 3 of the New Year

On track so far. Even though it is too soon to actually SEE the difference, I can FEEL the difference. I'm finally getting over my cold and I have done some exercise and stayed under 1400 calories each day. I'm sure 2 weeks worth of rest after the stress of last semester didn't hurt either, but laying around wasn't getting me where I wanted to go.
So, at least I feel better. Who knows how long it will last when I have to get back on the treadmill of my hecktic life.
