need sleep

Day three and I'm still pushing forward... Today's weigh in was 227.6 which is great but I'm drinking like crazy because of the decongestants that aren't even kicking the congestion if you know what i mean... ugh... being sick is no fun but I'm not letting it stop me. I'm headign to bed because I am tired and I need sleep to get better but know I'm here, and I'm doing this one day at a time. Slower than I'd like to be moving, but still moving and that, my friends is what really matters... keep taking those steps, one at a time, and the positive little changes will add up to get you in the right direction! See y'all tomorrow!!!!

    The more rest you get, the better when you aren't feeling well ! And keep that positive

    Know what you mean about being sick. I'm hoping I lost some weight by
    1. not feeling like eating.
    2. Exercising my core with all the deep coughing I'm doing.
    3. diarrhea hopefully clearing some weight.

    Hoping your energy returns soon. It's so discouraging to want to start making things happen, and sickness keeps us down.
