Spark done...light?

So I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Many of you who have responded to my blog postings and/or spark page have really helped me with this. My first month on SP was definitely the work of the perfectionist part of my personality (I was a slave to the points!). Then I fell off the so called wagon and did a little self flagellating for it.

Well I think I'm ready to thrive in a happy medium. I am much more consistently active that I have been in the last several years. I have found a great support network both in SP and my friends and family. I have a grasp on my eating - a healthier balance with less obsession and overeating. Unfortunately, now that I'm more active and connecting with new friends I find that I don't have as much time to track stuff each day.

So here is where the balance comes into play. I will only use the food and exercise tracking tools when I reach a slump, either in weight loss or in motivation. As long as I am progressing toward my goals I won't worry as much about that. I want to concentrate on continuing to connect to the community within Spark. I will weigh in each week so that I can continue to track my progress.

I hope this works. If not, I will go back to the track-o-rama style of my perfectionista self! It's definitely there and ready to help at a moment's notice. :-)
