I started the New Year hoping to write a daily blog. It seems life has been to hectic to get that done. There have been improvements though. I have gotten back to tracking my food every day which is great. I've also been tracking exercises. Even if I can't find what I'm actually doing, I'm adding walking to my list. It shows me that I'm doing something to get me headed back to where I want to be...living a healthier life, losing weight so I feel better and becoming a little more organized.
