There goes the daily blog

I started the New Year hoping to write a daily blog. It seems life has been to hectic to get that done. There have been improvements though. I have gotten back to tracking my food every day which is great. I've also been tracking exercises. Even if I can't find what I'm actually doing, I'm adding walking to my list. It shows me that I'm doing something to get me headed back to where I want to be...living a healthier life, losing weight so I feel better and becoming a little more organized.

    I'm not much of a blogger myself, but at least for the next few months I have it on my "other goals" list to try and do it at least once a week. Personally I do think it's much more important if you're tracking your nutrition and exercise. :) Blogs do help though from time to time. :) Love you! HUGS!

    I've tried blogging but end up getting "blogged" down in my daily life that I don't leave much time for blogging. When I'm blogging, I'm SITTING which I don't really need to do. With work, keeping up with SPARKPEOPLE and daily home life, it is difficult. Good Luck!!!
