Life Goes On

With all the ups and downs my life as taken the last year the one thing that is constant is my Sparkspeople. No matter what I can always return and get nothing but good vibes from my Spark friends. I haven't really gained any extra weight, I was lucky to maintain during my absence and for that I have to give credit to al I have learned from Sparks. Even though I didn't log in, or do any tracking I had in the back of my mind all the tips and knowledge that I received to help me stay on track.

Things are still not as they should be, and I still suffer from knee and back pain, and off and on depression, but I am not going to let that stop me from pushing forward with my goal to lose this extra weight and strengthen my body.

I want to thank all my SP friends for always being there for me when I return, and giving me the support and encouragement to continue on my journey.

I am happy to say that I have been walking every morning during the week with my sister after we drop off our kids at school. My wonderful husband bought me the FitBit One and I LOVE it. I read the article on Sparks and put it on my Christmas Wish List. I am able to track my steps, mileage, sleeping pattern, activity 24/7 and the best part it links to my Sparks Fitness and uploads my data automatically.

Trying to stay positive and keep with my program. Everyday is a struggle but with endurance, determination and My Sparks friends I can do this.
