So nice to be back

I like to Spark again. This time a new focus, not losing weight so much as lowering bad cholesterol and raising the lower cholesterol along with finding workouts fitting to my busted knee. Strengthening exercises so the muscles around my knee can be stronger. If I lose weight along the way, that would be great, because I could easily lose 30 pounds :)
