Monday again but with exercise!

Happy Monday! I'm not fond it's here as I have a million other things I'd rather do than work. ha ha. But I attacked it today! I have been tracking my food intake but today I added activity. It may not be much but I will fit it in. I found a video that is five minutes long for walking. I love it. It's great! It gets my heart rate up and I can do it in small chunks. I can do my walking a few times a day without leaving my home. AWESOME! I work from home so I can take time during my break and lunch. I love it! It's a start.. Not what I always want to do but it provides me options and gives me a workout! I love it.

Today is going to be a great day!
