Lovely day!

Had a very successful day. Woke up and did my 5 Sun Salutations. I passed right by the sweets and goodies in the staff kitchen. And I had my healthy lunch before the meeting, where Olive Garden food was served. I didn't eat anything from that, and I didn't even suffer, because my lunch was so good. Came home, shook my hubby off the couch and the puppies into their collars and leashes and took a 30 minute walk.... finished it up with 100 moves. I felt very energized and even had enough water to drink. I am making small changes, and loving the SparkCoach Diet Guide. It is extremely helpful to watch the videos and get encouragement this way.
