well so far so good...i feel very motivated, even had a email asking me to join a team...yolo.
that was really nice. I am feeling very hopeful that this is the time i will get it..i will get what it takes to take off the weight.. so bring it on day 1 i can take it...

    Best advice - make it a life change and not just a weight change! Join teams, comment on blogs, post on the message boards, track your weight, food, fitness and other goals. I've realized that all of these things get me spark points- and I make games each day out of how many points I can get. The more points I get - the more I'm thinking about my overall goals and the more I'm adding to my lifestyle change - so guess what? The more I lose!
