Intro blog to challenge

Hi my name is Sandy and when I weighed in this morning it said I gained 1.5 pounds. Not to worry. I was sick yesterday and because of a severe headache I ate alot of chocolate and drank pepsi to increase my caffine trying to help my head. Did not work very well and my scale reflected it this morning. However I am back to track today.

My goal for this challenge is to lose 20 plus pounds. I would like to aim for 1.5 pounds a week if not more. My energy level is pretty high because I normally workout at least one hour if not more a day. However because of yesterdays sickness I am moving a little slow today, scared to push it to much. I am planning on keeping my cardio to simple walking on the treadmill today. However I have already done my biweekly grocery shopping that took one and a half hours and am going to also try to get in some house cleaning today since I am not working.

I am also getting ready to make myself a mozzerella/tomato salad for lunch and sadly tonight is pizza as we have to go to a pinewood derby for scouts and that is the menh option. So I am trying to get all of my veggies in for lunch and snack to make up for the carb overload tonight. I will stay in my calorie range so all is well.
