Blogging.....or my lack of it.

Thursday, February 07, 2013

Okay...so after my short blog last night and asking myself "Why don't I blog?", I decided to go back and read my blogs from when I joined Spark People 4 years ago. (4 years already??!!!)

Anyway....I spent over 2 hours reading my blogs....laughing, sighing, cringing and going "Awwwww" more than once! And you know what.....I wish I would have blogged more! It's very interesting getting into your own head once in a while. This is the closest I have to a journal and it's so wonderful reading back over my journey. And I now see where I started to yo-yo again. For me, it's when I feel like I'm losing control. I just reach a point where I say....screw it and sabatoge myself. Very interesting.

Now to start losing again!!

It is better to have blogged and lost, than never to have lost. emoticon

Hi Roe-glad you are blogging it out!
I have to go back & re-read some of mine too, I'm sure I'll have the same reaction.

Funny that you and I seem to be in the same place, doing the same things! I forget to blog but realize what a treasure it is when I do- I love to talk things out on paper and the insight of my friends has been so helpful! (But I also see clearly what a struggle this journey has been! UGH- to stop the YoYO would be a real win!!)
