Dump The Frump!

It is a new day and a great time to re-focus on what is important. I have spent way too many days wondering what happened and what my problem was. It is time to just let the past go and get things in gear and move toward the goal!
So I really want to say that I am sorry that I have been the "FRUMP-o-MATIC" lately. I hadn't realized it until I went back and watched some of my vlogs. I think I need to do that from time to time! lol

It can be so easy to just slip back into those bad habits that we have worked so hard to get away from. We forget the accomplishments that we have made. We forget how good we feel when we exercise, eat right and drink our water. We forget the feeling of success when we can fit into clothes that we haven't been able to wear in a while.
We have got to stop and look at what we have accomplished. I drank 18 glasses of water today!!! Yeah I am happy about that because I had gotten away from drinking water and it has come back to bite me in the butt. I feel so good about drinking water today!! It is a small thing (some might say) but I sure am happy and proud of myself for doing it.
What did you do TODAY to move you forward toward your goal? Okay so maybe you didn't do anything today. That is okay, you can change that tomorrow. What will you do? Will you drink 8 glasses of water? Will you do at least 10 minutes of exercise? Will you track all the food that you eat? Will you plan your goals for March? Will you plan your menu for the next week and create your grocery list? Will you eat at least 5 servings of freggies?
Let's dump the frump and live our lives on the healthy track.
We are worth it. Planning and focus are key. Let's plan the journey and start taking the steps to move down the road to our goals!
