How to get back on the exercise wheel!

For me, committing to the good old 10 minutes a day, no matter what is probably my answer. I got so good at getting 40 most days that if I knew I could not carve out that amount of time, I would just let it go. I know already that if I do that, that I will at least get to 20 - and if I'm playing around on the Wii fit plus, I'll want to get my 30.

But, committing to 10 minutes is probably the key. I have 10 minutes even in my office to alternate jogging and squats!
