5% Challenge - Day 1 & 2 for Week 2

1) What new habit you wish to develop?
Track better, cut down on my Int'l Mocha Coffee and get more consistent on my strength training

2) How will you do that?
I seem to start off the week fine then fall off half-way through. I used to be pretty good at remembering what I had during the day but not so much now! Since I want to have one Int'l Mocha and on the weekends two, I need to work on staying in that range. No longer have trainer so I have to make sure I do weight training myself. Want to 2x a week. Need to set the days and do it then. With only 2x I have to be able to get them in.
