3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
Track better, cut down on my Int'l Mocha Coffee and get more consistent on my strength training

Keep the tracker sheet handy and jot food down ASAP. Use stickies if I don't have it handy. Just cutting back on the coffee. Doing exercise on specific days - trying to do weights 2x a week and 3 if I can get an extra one in!
