I had been doing so well! To be honest, though, this is the most I've blogged since HS when I used to blog daily. Now, you're lucky to get a FB update out of me 1x/day. :P
My official weight as of Sunday morning was 336.0 which is 58 pounds down from the doctors scale and 54 down from my home scale! So, I'm rounding the corner on 60 pounds lost!
To be honest, I have been very lax with the 'exercise' I climb lots and lots of stairs everyday at work, and I walk a lot on campus, but I've not been setting aside time to actually exercise and I know it is not a good thing. I have been doing decently well with tracking my food, though I've really got to stop forgetting to track on the weekends, because that's when I run into problems.
I have been losing more slowly due to the lack of exercise, and I know this. My boyfriend is still proud of me, and it's nice, because we're long distance, he can always tell if I've lost weight because we only see each other every 2-4 weeks.
I've been a terrible leader, I feel, on the team, I need to get back to posting in the forums and supporting my teammates. I do read your blogs! I promise! I just need to comment....
My goals for this week are unrelated to my personal weightloss except one:
Open and do your freakin' Jillian Michael's DVD! omg. I've had this for weeks and have not opened it.
Go to the newbies forum and welcome 1 new person every day.
Post in the Cobalt Cobras Chat every day.
Answer the QotD's every day.
Go and see what the challenges are for this week, and actually do at least one!
Hopefully this will keep me more motivated.
