My Time Wasters

I'm trying Spark Coach. The assignment for today is to blog about what wastes my time during the day.
Oh my! This one is like it is directly speaking to me!! I know that there are times that I could be exercising, but instead I just veg out in front of the computer.
I get up early every morning, usually about 5:00. I could do a walking dvd or do a SP video but instead I turn on the computer and check out facebook. Now, I don't stay on it all day; I just check it in the morning for about 20-30 minutes. I don't get back on it until at night for about 20 minutes- just scrolling and seeing what everyone has posted.
I don't watch TV that much, so that's my unwind time. I know that I need to get off the computer in the mornings and go ahead and get my exercise in for the day.
Once my day starts, it's non-stop all day. I teach school, so during the day, I'm going. I have after school activities, and my two children have after school activities. We usually don't get back home until after 7. That makes for a very long day. By the time I get home, I don't want to fix supper, and I don't want to exercise. So I usually don't. Thankfully, my husband and kids all can cook, and they usually fix us something. I sit. That's not good.
I am going to focus on exercising for at least 10 a day this week. I'm making it my priority each day. I've missed out on exercising this morning- I need to be up getting ready for work now. I did put stuff in the crockpot for supper tonight- I love the crockpot! I am going to pack my walking clothes to take with me. While my daughter has her practice, I am going to walk!
I'll report tonight.
