Today is my
I celebrated by looking at upcoming 5k races. My hubby said i needed to get back into triaining before I thought about signing up. He is right!
I got dressed right then and went out to walk my weekly goal of 3 miles. I made it 2.8 in 38 minutes before my DS wanted Mommy to watch him on the swing, do cartwheels, and generaly not walk!
I still feel pretty successful for getting OFF my butt and working ON my goals.
