Updated my ticker today

Yeah, I know, it's hard to tell. Because it hasn't changed from two weeks ago when I updated it. And in those two weeks, I have exercised every day except for 2. As, I'm sure people can see, I'm having problems. I don't think I can eat any less. I am STARVING. All the time. I could eat a meal, doesn't matter if it's low carb, low calorie, low fat, low salt, low glycemic index, meat free, full of meet, soy-free, lactose free, completely vegan; it doesn't matter. I am STARVING within 10 minutes of eating. But I don't eat during those 10 minutes. I exercise a lot, too. It drives me crazy. My goal for the upcoming week is to lose 2 pounds. I am trying to think positive, but it is so hard for me because my results don't match my effort. I am off of work. I think I am going to try to exercise a lot more because the way I'm working out, an hour a day doesn't make a difference, so I must need to do do 4 hours a day of exercise in order for it to have any effects.
