I was tired this morning, from middle of the night nursing and from working a long day yesterday, but I made it through today. i ran a bit slower pace but felt better today through the run intervals than i did all week. I didnt even have to psyche myself up at the end and I did an extra 60 sec run interval just because I wanted to see how it felt. Felt good!

My weight is just at a standstill, but I can see the muscle definition returning to my thighs.
