Alright, so I've been slacking a bit with my plan and have stayed around 257 for a little longer then I would like. So I'm making a plan of action for myself.
1. Keep doing Turbo Fire and the built in schedule that came with.
2. Change one bad eating habit a week so I can eventually kick them all to the curb.
3. Track what I eat. This is where I fail every time. I start off strong and then just stop. If I want to succeed then I need to do it correctly and get everything I need. So tracking will help.
4. Plan my meals for the week. Andy is terrible at helping me with my journey so I'm not giving him a say anymore. I am going to make a menu for the week and we will stick to it unless something completely unavoidable comes up.
Those are my main hurdles right now. I will conquer them and move out of the 250's.
