W3D1 - I thought I was going to throw up on the second 3 minute run. I'm running along thinking, "I can make it through this without throwing up. How in the world did I get this out of shape?!"

W3D2 - Smoother sailing, but I was hitting physical exhaustion after the 3 minute intervals. Still thinking, "How in the world did I get this out of shape?"

W3D3 - Smooth! Period! I hit a mental block at the end of the second 3 minute run and I think the solution is going to be changing up my route.

All 3 days I still got an extra run interval in before my cooldown, so I must not have been TOO exhausted physically. Today I was STRONGLY considering going another lap just so I could try to close in on my husband's mileage, but realized I probably needed to get the baby in bed. Of course I came home, put her to bed, and she's in there playing. I could have done that extra lap! Maybe next week.
