I know I know. I'm a photography student and yet I'm taking a cheesy mirror phone picture :p
Sake of time. It's still cold and pouring rain=mud in Wisconsin - so I'm glad to say my sweet hubby came home and 'fixed' the treadmill. Apparently near the floor/motor is a tiny hidden switch 'on/off' the a curious little 5 year old set to 'off'. So, today will reload w1d1 of C25K. Last try only got to w3d3 and got very ill. My immune system gets stressed with autoimmune Hashimoto's thyroiditis, also with a gluten allergy. In a month I will have been gluten free for 3 years, except for the accidental glutening that has happened at restaurants.

Also tonight am blessed to be traveling to Milwaukee to see Joyce Meyer speak. Can't believe it has been since 07 since we saw her last. She's a wonderful lady, and always speaks to my heart.

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I did push myself to get that week 1 day 1 of the COUCH to emoticon done today :) Funny thing is I thought I'd be tired later in the night from it; though it was the opposite and I had loads more energy :) Good incentive to keep it going- the next days, Friday and Saturday, I had the energy to walk over 4 miles each day and it got easier and easier with each day! :D
