True Blue Road Trip Break

Monday, April 15, 2013

BLC 21 is now over so now it's a road trip to keep on track until BLC 22 starts. My goals for the break are:
1. Continue with Turbo Fire
2. Star fixing bad habbits
3. Track what I eat
4. Start planning out dinner menus.

Week 1- I took a bit of a break from everything to relax plus having the repair man from the rental company in and out of the house makes it difficult to do anything since I have to wait for him to show up.

Week 2- Continue with Turbo Fire, even if I start over with the plan. Track everything. Start preparing the freggies from bountiful baskets so they don't go to waste.

Week 3- I should still be rocking to Turbo Fire. Tracking should be well. Saturday's after getting bountiful baskets and putting it all away prepared I should make out a menu for the week to use everything to add more veggies to meals.

Week 4-. I'll be kicking butt with Turbo Fire and tracking. Bountiful baskets are getting easier to make menu's and putting everything away so I can eat more of it. Start to stay away from the t.v. while eating lunch.

Week 5- Turbo Fire, tracking, and all my bountiful baskets projects should be going well. I should be eating more veggies and not letting anything go to waste. Lunch should be eaten at the table still.

Week 6- Still going strong on everything. Bad habit to work TBA

Week 7- Still going strong on everything.

Week 8- I should be rocking everything I've started and still working on breaking down bad habits.

I probably will add to this since it's my goal to continue with the c25k and actually finish it! But for now, that's my plan.
