week 2 / 21

Not a very good week.

Cardio : 2 / 6 + 1 long walk
Strength : 0 / 2
Yoga : 0 / ?
Bed at 23:00 : 1 / 7
Si6 : 0 / 6
Logging Calories : 3 / 7

I ate mostly well except for that couple sugar pie pieces I had (DUH!).. and the alcohol I had.. I had a strong beginning of the week but then the weather was weird and I was very congested and I was seriously lacking sleep and yeah. Catastrophe ahead. I wasn't in the mood for the gym, I was barely able to stand myself, hahah! And it was impossible to go for walks. Mid-week I stop logging my calories, not sure why but probably because of the pie. Anyway. .

I'm not seeing a gain on the scale and that's a miracle :) No loss either, though. Sometimes I feel a bit discouraged, will I ever lose anything? What am I doing wrong?! etc.

For this week the goals are very simple.. Sleep and be active (every day). That's about it. That's all I need ;)
