Taking some Time Off

Well I've had some sort of "tension migraine" this week and saw my doc about it.
This stems from a bizarre incident on tuesday whereby my ears turned bright red and burning hot while I was doing my ab routine. At first i thought that it was a circulation issue so i decided to get up and do something vertical but it didn't subside, so I stretched then I left. The burning ears lasted for about 1/2 an hour after that.
Apparently I'm supposed to take it easy for a few days. I've decided that It might be beneficial for me to take a little time off the gym (and just eat at the low end of my calorie range).I'm going to start working out again on Sunday but it's SOOOOOOOOOO hard not to excerise in the morning because I'm afraid I won't get back into it.
Part of me realizes that this is ridiculous because I still wake up at 5.30am on the dot.
I think I will try this belly dance CD I got out from the library (although I feel completely ridiculous swirling my hips in the living room).
My next plan of attack will be to use some points to get a yoga mat and a fit pack DVD of yoga and pilates to flatten those abs!
