week 3 / 21 - even worst.

Even worst. I did basically nothing. Look at the numbers..

Cardio / walk : 1 /6
Strength work : 0 /2
bed by 11:00 : 0 /7
calories logging : 0 /7
Yoga : 0 /?
Si6: 0 /6

Yeah. I don't know why I'm always super motivated the week before my periods and then I'm flat for a month? It's getting on my nerves now. Anyway, after this super bad week I was quite motivated to start anew (AGAIN) this week and had great plans.. HAD! because right now I'm so sick with a flu I had to miss work today and probably tomorrow. I'm frustrated. It will eventually pass and all, but right now I'm mad.. and it's probably my fault too if I'm sick right now.

    First, smart to stay out of the gym since no one else wants to get your flu. Any new habit needs several weeks of steady progress, so your experience is normal. Good luck building up the habit and don't be too hard on yourself.

    Get motivated again and jump back in the saddle.
    There will always be productive weeks and nonproductive weeks. The trick is to not give up.
