I just couldn't help it! I just had to do them today. They are just so awesome and make my body feel amazing. What? You ask. DEADLIFTS.

LoL. I got to the gym this afternoon and had planned on doing a full body light workout but OMGoodness I just couldn't help myself. Seriously it was like the barbell was calling me haha. And i know my coach is gonna hit me hard for it but 'what the hay', I feel great!

Flamin' internet usage went over the limit on the weekend and NOOOOOOOO! We had slow dial up speed, it was like watching the world in slow motion. Been eating really well the last few days and the scales haven't moved which is great. Have been slowing down a lot too and I feel my body thanking me for it.

Had a really big day of spiritual and psychological strength training on Monday, worked out quite a few issues and setting them on track once again. This did a lot for the soul and spirit. Monday I felt the energy cursing back into my body, love it.

Sent the kids off to the movies to watch Iron Man 3 last night so they were wrapped az. My lovely wife went to bingo and it was just me and my little one home last night playing blocks. Very enjoyable.

Tonight imma take my wife out to a thai restaurant just down the road. They have had good reviews so thought we should try it.

Anyway, thought i'd give you all a quick update after a couple o days without internet, oh the pain. Letting you know i'm still on track and everything is going as swimmingly as they can.

Love ya's all, god bless you have a great week, KIA KAHA!
