Get healthy - how I decided to do weight watchers ... This means
tracking my food intake
planning my meals
Get better- no more back pain- a little out of my control but being positive helps me deal with the overall picture.
Exercise- when I am cleared and am able to exercise again. Funny how you miss your mobility once you loose it or are injured.
Love myself ! This is so hard for me bec I love to analyze.
Trust God! He has a plan for me.. There are reasons why I am in the situation I am in.
So that's what I have been thinking about and planning. So far weight watchers is really good. I like the numbers on the scale, but my official weigh in is Thursday... Lets hope for good numbers.
