So I'm having mixed feelings about being back on spark. I have all the motivation to do what I need to do and I'm ready to get it done, but I'm just not sure about being here and doing things like reading articles and spinning the wheel. I love the idea of tracking again, which starts Monday, but I'm really not into this right now. I don't know why. I used to love all the info and stuff, but I think I feel like right now, I KNOW what to do, I just have to DO it. Maybe once I really get back into things and tracking and I'm here everyday again all I will feel differently, just for today, I stopped in and was kindof like - now what?!?!?
Anyway, back to work I guess and we'll see how it all goes. Just wondering if this really is what I need. It's always worth a try though, so to be continued.

    Congratulations, and welcome back! Your wedding pictures were beautiful!! Hmmm...doing everything on Spark cn be time consuming. I try to set aside a specific amount of time to do it in. I also don't always read the articles on my Start page. I'll look for specific things that I want info on. That way it means more to me, and I'm more likely to use the info. For example, today I read an article about easy breakfast idea. I am ALWAYS looking for new things to try for breakfast!! lol SP is great because you can pick and choose what you want to do. I still think their Nutrition Tracker is amazing. You'll figure out what you'll do!

    The way I see it is that Spark is there for you to take as little or as much as you need to make this journey work for you. If all you want to do is track then just do that, you have nobody to answer to but yourself. You do what you need to do to bring you success & whatever you do or don't do I still wish you the very best of luck in achieving your goals, dreams and success!

    I think using the tools are the most important and so if that is all you do then that's fine. I tend to read different articles now that I am in maintenance that are more about lifestyle and health rather than nutrition and fitness since they offer little new information for me. But I am true SP addict so I still log in to see what is going on

    I agree, the site I think for you now since you know what to do is to help you stay accountable and maybe motivated. I use it for motivation mainly because the rest I feel I can do without. Good luck! =)

    I mostly use spark to only track my food, workouts and weight. All the rest is secondary. The whole point is to help keep yourself accountable. Sure the other stuff can be fun and helpful but at the core its' about tracking evertyhing down to stay on track! Don't feel like y ou need to spin the wheel or anything else when you come on here. Do whatever helps you stay the course! Happy Friday!
