Getting back into running

This week I have been really trying to gt back into running regularly. It's just such a great work out! So far I've run three times - once for 3 miles, once for 6 miles, and this morning for 1.5 miles! It's always hard to get back into, but way worth it!
I've been struggling to stay within my caloric limit, mostly because I am not planning ahead. A grocery store run will be needed soon both to save money and some pounds!
