Okay, I admit it.
I've made excuses.
I caught a cold and used it as an excuse not to exercise or even go out (I didn't want to make anyone else sick).
It is not getting me closer to my goals.

June is here.
I wrote out the daily goals and posted them - with a checklist.
I'm determined to greet more sunrises this month.
I calculated how many pounds til I am no longer obese and I can get there at one pound a week by the end of the year.
I looked up the half marathon date here, and it is 20 weeks from today.
I ate my oatmeal for breakfast.
I visualized reaching my goals.
I believe I can do it.

I lean on my SparkFriends and their wonderful accomplishments and fantastic attitudes and trust the process.
Focusing on all I will GAIN (in nonscale victories, health and good habits)
instead of what I will LOSE (not freaking myself out by images of deprivation).

Time to get started.
Time to make it happen.
