Bad eating day due to my daughter's birthday celebration. But I did notice my appetite is decreased from what was "normal" before. So things are changing. I left food on the plate still even - just all higher calorie options. Restaurants are making changes, which is good. After dinner, my younger daughter and I took an evening stroll at a good pace. Nice time together too. Meal ideas are that I need to get back to cooking. I want to look through my Cooking with the Moms cookbooks (from their podcast -great one by the way) and pick some recipes. This next week will be a challenging one. I need a plan.
