S.M.A.R.T Goals for BLC22

1. I am going to focus on Interval training. I have some issues with it but I am willing to overcome them. I like to do my mile in 15 min. or less and doing intervals messes with my time and distance but I can still increase my intervals until I get to where I want to be time and distnce wise.

2. I want to run a 10 minute mile by the end of BLC 22. The best time so far was on June 7th of a n 11 minute mile.

3. Eating wise I want to focus oneating low starch carbs and higher protien. If I eat fruit I want it to be paired with a protien like nuts or cheese. I have looked over the DASH diet and I may try that. I will try to reblog and post my results if I do decide to do it.

4. I am going to set my weight loss goal at 10 pounds for the 12 week period of the BLC. I always over estimate how much I can lose and never really get going until almost the end. I want to get started now and meet my 10 pound goal if not hopefully more by the end of this round.

That is it for now. Everything is in terms of the next 12 weeks. Short, sweet, and to the point.
