My BLC Smart goals

My BLC Smart Goals for the 12 weeks!

S- I will lose 12 pounds this challenge

M- I will track my food and exercise daily. I will weigh in on Wednesdays and post on the team daily.

A- I will attain a 2 pound weight loss by growing up and excepting the fact that I can't lose weight by just talking about it. I have to DO SOMETHING!

R- This is a realistic because it will be a slow change. I understand it won't happen overnight.

T- 12 week goal
