Today was so empowering, making much better choices and some outside of my comfort zone. I'm not usually a fish eater but lately I eat it most days. The protein is amazing without the carbs and fat. Today we opted not just for various types of fillets but also Salmon Sausage Cajun Style. Also picked up the ingredients to do our pizza on the weekend (cauliflower base). I'm also pushing myself to try new fruits..
