Yes, I eat oatmeal in the summer! This is my 'go to' breakfast trend at the moment. It's easy, quick, nutritious, low cal! and most important...filling. This morning I added 1 cup of (organic) strawberries and 1/2 cup of blueberries. No added sugar, no added milk. The oatmeal is 100 calories. The strawberries are 46 calories and the blueberries are about 40 calories.
A great breakfast,,,under 200 calories!
