That's what my former-coach husband told me today. Wow!

We walked a mile. Then did Week 3, Day 1 of the 5K101 program. (jog 3 minutes, walk 2. Easy-peasy!)

Then we did intervals: two minutes of jogging, one minute of walking. We did this for the next 2.5 miles.

Then we walked a mile to cool down.

Total interval distance: FIVE MILES. Total distance: seven miles.

And I didn't whine. Or pout. Or give up or give in.

I think he could be right: I AM stronger than I think!
