Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge Week 1 Day 7

Today is my last day for week one of the Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge. Overall I feel I did pretty well this week. I did notice last night that I was wanting something sweet. Overall, I think that seems to be when I get my cravings. I just need to make sure there are plenty of good, whole foods available. Once I eat a snack and I'm no longer hungry, the sweet craving usually goes away.

    I learned on whole 30 that when you want something sweet, eat a good healthy protein and oil combo, and they will go away. They suggest deviled eggs. I know sounds weird, but it works!!!

    So true! If I get that hankering, I find that if I cave...I still don't feel good. If I eat a good protein, the craving goes away.
