Amazing week with amazing results!

Last week, the following things happened:

- I was on my period;
- I ate what I wanted (canolli, chocolate, piece of cake, General Tao Tofu - okay, it's not chicken but it's still very sugary - and yesterday, pizza for dinner)

And I weighed in this morning: 4.2 pounds lost in 7 days!

I am so glad that I lost! Even if I ate all the things I wanted, I have to say I made a lot of efforts that week. I exercised 3 times, walked a lot (about 50 minutes 3 times) and when I ate food that was caloric, I was cutting somewhere else in the day (but I ate all my meals, that is very important for me).

I thought that maybe I would have water retention because of TOM, but I'm still drinking water like crazy (at 8h30 this morning, I already drank 750 mL and right now, I'm still thirsty...)

That motivates me. My goal of 203 gets closer every week! At that weight, I know that the clothes I already have will be more comfortable to wear.

I'll keep that motivation in mind to keep my week going! =) I know that this week was special because there is no way I can lose 4 pounds in a week again like that. But it was a great surprise!
