Original goals for 8/19 - 8/26
DONE - some where late but logged. Continue to log daily and work on consistently within ranges
CLOSE Increase 180 minutes of cardio (162 so far!)
DONE - Drink over 8 cups water each day
NEED MORE WORK: Hit 5 fruits/veggies each day
